This incident affected: VDR (US-1) (VDR Console (US1), Indexing Engine (US1)), VDR (CAN-1) (VDR Console), VDR (US-2) (Indexing Engine, VDR Console), VDR (Cloud) (VDR Console, Indexing Engine), VDR (Partner Instances) (VDR Console, Indexing Engine), and Panopticon.
