Panopticon Portal experienced a temporary service disruption lasting approximately two hours, during which partner administrators were unable to access the platform.

The issue was caused by an authentication failure between Panopticon and a backend integration service. This authentication is part of a controlled process that securely manages access between platform components and is typically refreshed automatically through periodic system events. As no triggering events occurred recently, the authentication expired, leading to the outage.

Upon identification, our team restored service by regenerating the required authentication credentials and re-establishing normal operations.

We are reviewing our authentication refresh mechanisms to ensure greater resilience and to prevent similar issues in the future.
